During this project we've focused on creating a more intuitive experience around the product's features while maintaining consistency with the client’s products. Addressing a primary frustration of existing users, we redesigned the dashboard to present information more effectively and introduced the ability to customize it based on specific user needs. This new structure, developed from user interviews, allows customization according to the user’s role, enhancing usability and satisfaction.
