We faced design complexities across multiple platforms: the Public website, Broker Platform, and Clients platform. Each platform required unique design solutions and system requirements. To overcome this, we developed a comprehensive design system that ensured consistency, streamlined the design process, and provided a cohesive and seamless user experience. By utilizing the same UI components and patterns across all interfaces while accommodating platform-specific needs, we achieved optimal results.
Working closely with the Middle team, we created a platform that enables brokers to access all the necessary details about borrowers securely and within minutes. This seamless open banking-enabled digital fact-find has become a game-changing technology for brokers, providing them with the information they need to offer the best possible home loan advice.
In just 18 months, we successfully launched this game-changing solution, which is now being utilized by 2,500 brokers across the country. One of the most remarkable achievements of our collaboration is the reduction of the loan application process to a mere 15 minutes. This represents a significant time-saving compared to other products available in the market.
